K.S. Penthouse: a 200 m² residence in Ballouneh

We took this penthouse from design to finished home: the layout and finishes, all of the works, and the furniture.

The open-plan living and dining space runs under black track lighting, with linear lights and spotlights. In the dining area, circular wall lights glow from behind against a textured feature wall, framed by vertical wood panels, next to a display cabinet with a lit glass niche. On the roof, the terrace is lit by LED strips running along the top of its walls.

A textured decorative finish on the feature walls, vertical wood panels, matte grey cabinetry with a lit glass niche, a glass dining table on a black metal frame with upholstered chairs, and glossy large-format floor tiles.

Lighting: black track lighting with linear lights and spotlights, backlit circular wall lights, and LED strips on the terrace.
